Syama Sidharthan

Syama Sidharthan, Indian national, holds a degree in Bachelor of Laws from University of Calicut, India. She got graduated in 2014 and has acquired practice in District Courts of Thrissur and High Court of Kerala. She started her legal career in Dubai in 2017. Adv. Syama has expertise mainly in litigation as well as corporate sectors mainly in client management, legal advisory, commercial disputes, drafting and vetting of all types of commercial agreements such as Investment agreements, Partnership agreements, Joint Venture, Employment contracts, NDAs, Escrow, Business agreements, legal opinions, debt collection, Arbitration. She possesses knowledge of the local laws of UAE such as civil, criminal, family, bails, maritime, construction, labor. Her additional area of interest is classical dance.
