Arbitration is an agreement between the parties of the contract, whether it is included in the main contract or a subsequent agreement , to place any dispute arises between them out of the execution of a certain contract before an arbiter(s). An agreement may be also made to refer a certain arbitration is known as the fastest , oldest and most effective way to settle the complicated cases between the parties.

The notion of arbitration can be summed up in reaching logical solutions that are agreed by the parties of the dispute without resorting to courts.
